The MENC-INOX / V series pumps have the following features:
These features make these pumps exceptionally versatile. They can be used in the chemical-pharmaceutical industry (starch, wax, water-based glues, creams, cleaners, glycerine, glycols, latex, vegetable and animal fats, liquid soaps, syrups, shampoos, industrial water treatment, paints) and in the wine-food industry (beer, butter, melted cheese, glucose, milk and condensed milk, jam, honey, must, oil, cream, tomato sauce, fruit juices, eggs, yogurt, wine, destemmed grapes, liquid sugar).
The MENC-INOX 40/V Wireless and MENC-INOX 50/V Wireless models are fitted with an inverter built into the motor, featuring a built-in thermal protection system. The motor-inverter allows to directly adjust the RPM of the motor, reducing the weight and size of the pump assembly as it doesn't require a mechanical gear unit.
They are also fitted with a wireless remote that can be used at a distance of up to 20m and allows to start and stop the pump, to increase or decrease the RPM and to reverse the direction of rotation. The display of the remote control shows the motor's revolutions per minute, the input frequency and current for a full control of the operating condition.
The motor and the inverter are fitted within an IP65 rated enclosure and have been designed with a special cooling system that allows the pump to be operated even at low revs (low frequency).
On request, pumps can be supplied on a stainless steel carriage fitted with a rotation direction inverter.
The pumps can also be supplied with DIN 11851, Garolla or Macon fittings.

Self-priming pump

The cleaning and replacement of the mechanical seal and of the impeller are incredibly simple as the pump can be taken apart with easeStandard motors

All pump casings are constructed from high thickness stainless steel sheet metal, which ensures quality and long life. The pump casings undergo continuous quality controls of the welds and are internally and externally polished to ensure the highest level of hygiene

Impeller made of non-toxic rubber
The impeller is made of synthetic rubber (Neoprene or EPDM) and is entirely non-toxic and resistant to several acids. The Neoprene impeller complies with the American FDA regulations related to the handling of food grade liquidsMechanical variable speed drive
Using a variable speed drive allows the flow rate to be finely adjusted by changing the RPM of the pump. This also allows to achieve a soft pumping action to handle delicate and highly viscous liquids

Wireless remote control
Some models have a built-in IP65 rated motor-inverter with wireless remote control. This allows to directly adjust the RPM of the motor, reducing the weight and size of the pump assembly as it doesn't require a mechanical gear unit- Immediate priming at a depth of up to 5 metres, even when running dry
